Reasons for referral
- Onset before age 65
- Rapid progression over weeks to months
- Prominent behavior, language, or movement symptoms
- Hallucinations or dream enactment
- Uncertain diagnosis after initial workup
- Considering disease-modifying therapy
How to prepare
Bring prior records, imaging discs, medication lists, and a family member. Ask whether the office wants records sent before the visit.
