In-person and televisit appointments
New patient visits and follow-up care are available both in person and by secure televisit anywhere in Illinois. Televisit appointments are a practical option for families who live far from the office, have transportation challenges, or prefer to be seen from home.
When to see a dementia specialist
Consider scheduling an evaluation if you or a loved one has noticed progressive memory loss, difficulty with problem solving or judgment, language changes, confusion about time or place, or changes in mood, personality, or behavior that interfere with daily life.
Early evaluation matters. Some causes of memory decline are reversible, and even when dementia is present, an accurate diagnosis leads to better treatment and planning.
